2. Booking & Cancellations
- All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and secure third-party processors. All prices are listed in USD.
4. Decorations & Liability
Decorations are the property of Utah Porch Decorators and are provided for temporary use only. Clients agree not to move, tamper with, or alter decorations. We are not responsible for damage caused by guests, animals, or neighborhood mischief.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure clear access to the decorating area and agree to basic site preparation (e.g., snow shoveling, porch tidiness). If access is restricted at the time of service, additional fees may apply.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and branding on UtahPorchDecorators.com are the intellectual property of Utah Porch Decorators and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Privacy
